ASSOCIATE 

​

Danny has worked in commercial real estate and technology for almost ten years and began his Hillcrest Development career as an intern. In his role as an Associate, Danny is responsible for leasing Hillcrest's portfolio and contributing to redevelopment opportunities.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER 

​

A Hillcrest Development employee since 2010 manages the accounting department and provides financial oversight of Hillcrest Development and its related entities. Contact Mark if you have questions related to accounting or financial matters.

SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER

​

Has 23 years of experience in property management including residential, commercial, warehouse, parking garages, shopping centers, and sports facilities. Contact Angie regarding tenant spaces/leases, customer service requests, and general building concerns.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER 

​

Provides oversight, management and coordination for all construction—from pre-construction through completion. Contact Arthur for assistance with budgeting, construction planning or project oversight of planned space improvements.​​

Emily has worked her entire career in commercial real estate, spanning marketing, transaction management, and tenant representation. As Leasing & Development Associate, Emily focuses on leasing Hillcrest's owned portfolio as well as redevelopment opportunities.​​
