This project marked the first time that Hillcrest applied our proven renovation principles to a 1960s windowless warehouse. In response to our client’s immediate needs, we fully renovated this 61,000-square-foot building in less than 90 days.

We coordinated a complex design and construction process that included oversized mechanical, electrical, and communications infrastructure–including redundant power generation. With new windows and interior remodeling, this once dark carpet warehouse now greets its high technology occupants with bright sunlight and an engaging workspace.
