Though this 1920’s building had some existing aesthetic quality, it lacked the infrastructure systems and layout necessary for modern corporate office space. With the client’s need for a creative and functional space in mind, Hillcrest sought to accentuate the building’s natural beauty while integrating new infrastructure, HVAC, and electrical systems. The Stinson Business Center now serves as the headquarters of a major communications company, and combines high technology capabilities with the warmth of original brick and timber finishes.
