Tenant Improvement Financing
Hillcrest is pleased to offer support for tenants through our Tenant Improvement Financing group. Where appropriate, Hillcrest is willing to work with clients to help finance improvements to the buildings that they are renting. This allows construction improvement dollars to be amortized or spread into Net rent (or over the entire term of the lease). With our ability to internally fund such projects, Hillcrest is truly a full-service provider for our clients. |
