Facilities Management
Even after construction is complete, Hillcrest continues to serve clients through the continued maintenance of the buildings. Our Facility Management group of engineers manages day-to-day operations and works with clients to resolve any facility issues. Some of the functions performed by this group are:
- managing the mechanical equipment and utilities
- interfacing with contractors for grounds maintenance, snow removal, daily cleaning, and mechanical and electrical service or maintenance.
