Construction Services
The Construction division of our organization is responsible for the renovation or construction of the properties Hillcrest owns or manages. From modest remodels to complex whole-campus renovations, most of our projects are built by our own crews. In addition, this group also handles:
- managing the entire construction process
- cost estimating of all construction projects
- implementing design concepts and infrastructure improvements
- constructing tenant-requested improvements
- offering valuable input throughout the design and planning phases
- developing value engineering models
- managing the bidding of projects
- creating and overseeing contracts with subcontractors
- developing, monitoring, and adjusting the construction schedule
