Our in-house Accounting group manages all the financial aspects of our organization. This centralization allows for faster analysis and decision-making for our clients and ourselves. These services include:
- accounting for purchases or sales of the properties
- administration of construction contracts
- financing and detailed cost accounting during construction
- establishing and monitoring of operating expense budgets
- financing of tenant construction improvements
- managing real estate tax budgets for the properties and tenants
- establishing and maintaining insurance for all the properties
