Blvd. 1515 Central Ave. NE 2100 Summer St. NE 900 Building 2300 Kennedy St. NE Past Projects The Harding Building Century Plaza Ford Centre		1515 Central Ave. NE This site was once a heavy industrial manufacturing property, and Hillcrest transformed it into an office/showroom and office/warehouse complex. To add warmth to the external appearance of the building, we restored the brick façade and opened up the bricked-in and blocked-up windows. New energy-efficient windows and flooring now brighten up the interior spaces. This site also required significant environmental work. Included in this renovation was all-new infrastructure; plumbing, sprinkler (ESFR), HVAC, and electrical systems. The construction of new loading facilities and additional interior office improvements now make this once vacant site a home to over 150 living-wage jobs.
