All of our projects (over sixty to date) have been fully designed, developed, built, leased, managed, and owned by Hillcrest. Hillcrest has its own internal construction, leasing, design, and management groups. Excel Management, LLC, a related property management company, that specializes in specific third party services for properties owned and developed by Hillcrest Development.

Hillcrest has enjoyed success in its business and renovation projects due to its hands-on approach toward redevelopment. Hillcrest invests its own equity up front into its projects, rarely utilizing outside financing. Hillcrest's inhouse development team consists of experienced construction, architectural, leasing, management, operations, and accounting personnel. This "hands-on" approach streamlines the efficiency of Hillcrest's projects and provides for a quicker occupancy for Hillcrest's clients.

Hillcrest's main goal for the future is to continue to be the dominant redeveloper in Minnesota, focusing on office, hi-tech, industrial, and other commercial uses.
